We want you to love your M & P custom T-shirts. If you’re not satisfied, here’s our policy:

  1. RETURNS ACCEPTED
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged/defective product
  • Quality issues

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  1. CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

Customized designs (names/text) are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer defect.

  1. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email support@mpshop.in
with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem
  1. REFUND TIMELINE

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  1. EXCHANGES

If available, exchange shipments will be processed after the original order is received back.
